Bel établissement mais un gros bémol
Une double facturation des responsable car pas de trace de ma réservation. Impossibilité d'avoir une facture. La joie du séjour à l'étranger. Et bien sur pas de facture, hotel.com fait la sourde oreille et ne me rembourse pas. Je n'ai d'ailleurs jamais été recontacté pour savoir ou en était cette double facturation. De plus, on nous a donné une chambre standard alors que le prix correspondait à une chambre VIP. Un gros doute sur l'honneteté des proprios. Autrement, hôtel d'une propreté irréprochable.
