Good spot for a winter getaway

2 weeks, end of Dec 2023. Spacious home, bedrooms- bathrooms inside or near and smart TVs everywhere, games. Loved shuffleboard. Nice location- beach access & grocery stores plenty, can easily drive to many places from here. Plenty of cookware. Property for sale- kitchen amenities & general look of couches-carpet-paint are outdated or a bit rundown but to be expected. Rooms are nice, new shower curtain liners were put in before our stay-such a nice touch. Window curtains clean! Beds clean! Advice: If you’re someone used to blackout curtains, do bring an eye/sleep mask. We enjoyed waking up with the sun - this was not an issue for us. Cleanliness - place vacuumed but stove not wiped clean and all the ceiling fans were so incredibly dusty - we cleaned it ourselves. Imagine in the summer time this could be worse with the people turnaround. Checked in virtually; first evening we left and came back to something wrong with the keyless entry lock. Tried multiple times; had to call the emergency number - someone did respond and reset the lock code and seemed to work. Docking a star as they said they would call back the following day but did not(Sunday). Luckily Village Realty sent us a form asking about cleanliness and maintenance so on Tues, a maintenance person came by and he fixed something with the door itself. No issues after that. Hot tub serviced during our stay and lovely, no instructions. Did not use fireplace-no instructions. Description about shuttles- not winter
