The room is old especially the toilet, both pillow and mattress are not comfortable, noisy room - can hear people talking and tv sound from the next room, however, location is good, direct lift to the department store and bus centre is very convenient.

Location is excellent. Near all kind of transit. A department store and a supermarket are in the same building. There are a lot of restaurants and shops. The room is big. The only minor thing to improve is on the bed. There is usually a sheet under the comforter but I did not see it and the pillows had bad smell.

We were very happy that the hotel offer very yummy mini cakes for celebrating the birthday. The location is perfect and quite near the JR and MEITETSU stations. I could save lots of time and easy to find nice restaurants nearby. When I visit Nagoya, I would stay in this hotel. The breakfast was very nice and value for money.
