Excellent in every respect. The staff were all amazing. Location is good- Hakuba is quite spread out but hotel is walkable distance to many places. Although not ski in/ski out, hotel will organise to take you to the local fields and there is a shuttle bus stop right outside hotel if you want to explore other ski fields.
