Great location !!!!! Host was accessible making the check in a breeze . Room a lil smaller than appears in advertising. Could use an upgrade in furnishing . However was clean . Parking building across the road very convenient . Pools, hot tub’s and lazy river along with beach access spot on . Unlimited pool towels . A great stay for a minimal cost. Would stay again .

Don't be sold on the Pictures

The resort seems run down and seldom is repaired. Pools look great then you look around and just see a resort in disrepair everywhere. Then the room! What a HUGE let down. HVAC leaking all over the floor, door handle fell off, ceiling looks like it had leaks and was just painted over. Throw in 5 lights affixed to the wall next to the bed, nono er head lighting.Sliding door didn't lock, but on the 10th floor u don't need it, but it's still a flaw. tV in front bedroom didn't work. We booked with 5 people and we're given 4x towels. Then told just go to the pool and get a pool towel, well the pool towels where about 1/2 the size of a normal towel, so again shotty, no upkeep and minimal support while you stay The list could go on. If u have no other option stay. But don't go in thinking this place is a beach front property with the amenities you need

Accommodations

Condo was nothing as depicted on VRBO. Room has old scratched furniture. There is no kitchen. Table in the bedroom, refrigerator and stove in hallway between bedrooms. Pull out bed musty. Not enough bedding for the 4 sleeping areas. Only positive was the balcony was ocean front and it was a short walk to the pool and beach.
