Staff was amazing. Everyone said hello and was pleasant during the entire stay. Pools were clean and warm. Something for everyone. I will recommend this hotel! The bad: Price of bowling was very expensive and timed. Pillows were very lumpy.

Our stay was fine and I like that they have many pools and hot tubs. Only thing is the man that worked in the gift shop was unnecessarily rude and embarrassed me in front of other shoppers. I was looking at the medicines behind the register as I wasn’t feeling well, he informed me that he would help me after he finished ringing the customer at the register and I said, okay. There was a big gap between the register and the medicine display and there was no sign saying you weren’t allowed in that area. I immediately stepped away but he went on in an irritated tone and said, “there’s a reason it’s behind the register and said “Jesus Christ!” And rolled his eyes at my sister, I guess he didn’t know she was with me and also said something to the guy at the register. I was so embarrassed and just left. Ruined my whole vacation!

Glad it was a short stay

Bathroom too small, toilet too low. Beds too soft, everyone hass a backache. Minimal tv channels, brought a Roku but the tv remote was generic and had no option to change hdmi port . Couldn't use balcony, children's play area was 3 floors below, no children using it however, it made so much noise it was extremely unpleasant and difficult to hear each other speak.
