PROPERTY HART'S CONTENT - Make your way along the winding drive in among a large grassy, treed area . Arrive to a parking area with room for 4-5 vehicles and 2 car garage with living accommodations above. The flat level land makes it easy for anyone with mobility issues to get around. Make your way down to the water's edge via one of the many stone paths. Enjoy a night of star gazing around the firepit, dine by the water at the 8 seater dining table, wade into the beautiful hard sand walk in shallow entry, great for the littles to play all day. The long dock provides multiple seating and lounging spots to take in the view down the lake or sit up by the cottage on the lake facing deck running almost the length of the cottage with bbq, sit up bar and Muskoka chairs.
INTERIOR COTTAGE MAIN LEVEL KITCHEN This chef's kitchen comes fully equipped with 2 dishwashers, full fridge, full freezer, beverage fridge, large Wolf gas stove, large pantry with small appliances- microwave, sink, coffee maker, toaster. This kitchen also boasts a massive island with 8 stools, enough for the whole family to sit up to for informal meals. DINING ROOM This generous dining room has a large table that seats 12. Open to the great room, with it's high ceilings and view to the lake you will not hesitate to host more formal meals or a large family gathering in this space. GREAT ROOM This open concept timber frame great room truly lives up to it's name with breathtaking high ceilings, river rock, floor to ceiling fireplace, walkout to back deck and cozy furnishings. With it's heated floors and extra heater, this room can be enjoyed in all seasons. WEST LOFT LEVEL This space is the perfect games area for the kids with a pool table and foosball table. There is also a desk should someone want to partake in some work, away from the main space of the home. EAST LOFT LEVEL A small space for curling up with a good book that overlooks the expansive lower level great and dining rooms. UPPER GARAGE SUITE This suite is a brand new part of an extension of the main house and offers a huge living and office area plus large bedroom suite and bathroom.
