Beautiful historic hotel. Staff were helpful. Check in and Check out were easy. Centrally located to the event we travelled for and easy walking through all of the CBD. We will be back.

I’ve stayed here for four nights. The sheets were never changed,There was bottles underneath the bed. The towels were dirty. At the worst,I’ve got told off for playing music till 9:30 at night as I was hardly at my room not happy won’t be staying here again. I booked a table in the restaurant went for a walk come back somebody else was sitting at my table not good enough. Stating rooms,104,202 thank you.

I wasn't aware that we get a free breakfast. I paid for ours. ?? I ordered my breakfast first and received mine last. Even for dinner, i ordered my kid's meals first, but I received them last and overcooked. The service/staff were nice. The rooms were very tidy and clean, considering the age of the building. It was a lovely stay overall. Process of checking in and out was straight forward and easy.
