A little slice of paradise!

Paolo’s apartment was one of the best accommodations we had in Sardinia. It was a 2 bedroom apartment was exactly as described in the listing. The apartment was clean, and it was very cutely decorated with beach/ocean style decor. The kitchen is equipped with basic kitchenware and is good for making meals.There is a washer which was a huge plus for me. However, the main attraction of the apartment is the patio which overlooks the waters of Costa Rei. We had our coffee there in the morning and the views were amazing!. The space was well utilized, with it not feeling cluttered. Paolo is an amazing host! We met him and his wife Analisa as you check in with them. They are both very nice and friendly, they almost felt like family! Paolo is very responsive and super helpful. We are very lucky to have found his place! I highly recommend this apartment if you’re looking for a place to stay in Costa Rei.

A Fabulous place to stay in Costa Rei

Lovely property in a beautiful location

We were so lucky to have found this place. Our flight came in 7 hours late and Paolo was ready and waiting for us when we rolled in at close to 11pm. He was so helpful and the place was wonderfully equipped- from beach towels to cooler to umbrella - it was perfect for a beach vacation. Plus Paolo through in a few extras - it was incredibly thoughtful. He was warm and friendly and very accommodating. The location is great. It was quiet but only a short walk to everything. The walk to the beach was pleasant and took only about 7-10 minutes. The patio had a great view and was very comfortable in the evenings. We had a wonderful time in Costa Rei and hope to be back soon. Thank you Paolo!

Fantastic holiday with astonishing view

We can highly recommend this charming flat with this absolute amazing view on the sea! It's very nicely furnished and very clean. Costa Rei has got a lovely sand beach were you can spend all day. But it's also a good place for tours to the mountains or trips to other wonderful beaches nearby. The house owner is very nice and helpful with tips and recommendations. Thank you Paolo and Annalisa! We will definitely come back!

Sehr liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnung an der Costa Rei

Schöne Ferienwohnung mit traumhaftem Ausblick!

Die Ferienwohnung hält was sie verspricht! Wir haben im September ingesamt vier Nächte dort verbracht. Obwohl wir erst in der Nacht ankamen, hat uns Paolo freundlich empfangen. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, sauber, liebevoll eingerichtet und verfügt über alles, was man in einer Ferienwohnung benötigt. Ort und Strand sind per Fuß oder mit dem Auto in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Der Ausblick von der Terrasse beim Frühstück oder Abendessen ist traumhaft. Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt und können die Wohnung absolut weiterempfehlen.

Erholungsurlaub in Costa Rei

Wir haben zwei wunderschöne erholsame Urlaubswochen in Paolos Appartement in Costa Rei verbracht. Das Appartement ist sehr geräumig und geschmackvoll eingerichtet und ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man im Urlaub benötigt. Sogar Sonnenschirme und Strandstühle stehen kostenlos zur Verfügung. Das beste ist jedoch die große Terrasse mit herrlichem Blick auf Costa Rei und das Meer, auf der wir viele angenehme Stunden verbracht haben. Den Strand von Costa Rei und das Ortszentrum mit Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants erreicht man zu Fuß in ca. 10 Minuten. Paolo und Annalisa sind wunderbare Gastgeber, die uns mit vielen Informationen versorgt haben und auch jederzeit ansprechbar waren. Herzlichen Dank nochmals für alles! Wir kommen gerne einmal wieder.

Was soll ich sagen, noch nie hatten wir so ein schönes Ferienhaus - es war wie nach Hause kommen und fehlte an nichts. Die neue Terrasse, die Ausstattung, der Ausblick, die Ruhe, die Farben - ein Fest für die Sinne! Und darüberhinaus Annalisa und Paolo - so herzliche und liebevolle Gastgeber - unglaublich! Wonderful holiday in Costa Rei

We've just spent 10 days in Paolo's apartment with our 1 year old son and everything was absolutely perfect! Paolo and his wife are truly nice people. They prepared everything for our baby. The apartment is really nice ( as seen on the pictures), clean and quiet. The view from the terrace is stunning and the beach that you can reach after a 10 minutes walk is beautiful! We had an electrical problem at the beginning of our stay, Paolo was really reactive and the problem was solved within the day! We'll be back for sure! Thanks again Paolo

Tolles Appartment mit super netten Gastgebern

Wir waren zu viert für zwei Wochen in Paolos großzügigem Appartment und haben die Zeit sehr genossen. Vor allem die Aussicht von der Terrasse ist phantastisch. Aber auch der Rest der Wohnung ist mit sehr viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet und toll dekoriert. Zusätzlich noch so viele hilfreiche Dinge, angefangen bei den Fliegengittern an allen Fenstern über den Sonnenschirm für den Strand bis hin zu Waschmaschine und Bügeleisen... Eine so gut ausgestattete, saubere und ruhige Wohnung hatten wir noch nie. Paolo und Annalisa sind ganz tolle Gastgeber, die uns sehr herzlich empfangen haben und auch jederzeit ansprechbar waren. Der Strand war zu Fuß in 10 Minuten erreichbar und absolut toll. Sehr sauber, kristallklares Wasser und selbst in der Hochsaison ausreichend Platz. Zahlreiche Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind fußläufig erreichbar. Alles in allem war es ein perfekter Urlaub! Vielen Dank an Paolo und Annalisa!! Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Wir haben die Zeit in diesem schönen Apartment wirklich genossen. Die Terrasse, der Blick aufs Meer, die kurzen Wege zum Strand und in den Ort sowie die Ausstattung ließen keine Wünsche übrig. Traumhafter Urlaub

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit an der Costa Rei. Paolo ist ein toller Gastgeber. Wir haben die Wohnung besonders die Terrasse mit Meerblick sehr genossen. Nur 10 Minuten zu Fuß den Hang hinunter und man ist an dem traumhaften Strand angekommen. Alles wirklich sehr zu empfehlen.

Eine wunderschöne Wohnung mit traumhaftem Blick

Die Wohnung ist wunderschön, sehr stilvoll und modern eingerichtet, sehr sauber und top ausgestattet! Selten haben wir eine solch tolle Ferienwohnung erlebt, einfach zum Wohlfühlen! Dazu trägt auch der Gastgeber Paolo bei, ein sehr netter Italiener, der hilft, wo er kann. Der Blick von Terasse und Schlafzimmer ist ein Traum, was will man mehr als mit Blick aufs Meer aufwachen?! Wirklich eine geniale Unterkunft, ein Geheimtipp, nur zu empfehlen!

Accolti come amici in una casa perfetta!

Abbiamo appena trascorso le nostre vacanze estive nell'appartamento di Paolo ed Annalisa sentendoci come a casa nostra. L'appartamento è luminoso, grande, rifornito di tutto ciò che serve, biancheria e lavatrice inclusa, ed è arredato con dettagli di gran gusto. Le foto del sito sono assolutamente veritiere. La terrazza ha una vista incredibile su un mare splendido raggiungibile senza dover utilizzare l'auto. Ma la vera differenza è la simpatia ed accoglienza dei proprietari: sempre disponibili e sorridenti ci hanno coccolati come se fossimo amici da tempo. Grazie a Paolo ed Annalisa per le belle vacanze che abbiamo trascorso nella vostra casa.

Casa ampia,luminosa,accogliente! Estrema cura dei particolari, un matrimonio perfetto fra stile e funzionalità!Biancheria abbondante e profumata! Letti dotati di materassi comodi. La terrazza è un angolo di paradiso, dove poter godere di un panorama, mare e rocce, semplicemente fantastico, all'alba, all'imbrunire e nella notte, quando la luna si specchia sul mare! Alles perfekt!

Die Wohnung ist wie beschrieben mit sehr schönem Balkon und insgesamt sehr sauber, geschmackvoll und mit allem notwendigen eingerichtet. Der Empfang durch den Vermieter, Herrn Paolo, war ebenfalls sehr freundlich! Jederzeit wieder.

Kommen gerne wieder

Hatten drei schöne Wochen bei Paolo, sehr gastfreundlicher Vermieter, immer ansprechbar, kostenlose W-LAN Verbindung, die einzigen Beanstandungen in Bad und Schlafzimmer (Bett) sollen behoben werden. Schöner Strand kann zu Fuß erreicht werden. Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis passen. Planen nächsten Besuch für 2018!

Wunderschöne Ferien

Wir haben zwei tolle Wochen in der Casa von Paolo verbracht. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und ruhig oberhalb des Ortes Costa Rei gelegen. Die Ausstattung ist perfekt, es fehlte an nichts; selbst Gewürze, Öl und Essig waren vorhanden. Besondern bedanken möchten wir uns bei Paolo, der uns ganz herzlich (mit leckerem Vino und Pane) begrüßt hat und bei Fragen immer erreichbar war. Bestimmt kommen wir ganz bald wieder....wir freuen uns schon darauf. Liebe Grüße BARBARA&TINA
