This is a newer hotel. So it appeared to be very clean and nicely decorated. The mix of beds and lounge seating was perfect for my little family. The Front Desk attendant, Shantell, was attentive and warm. The pool was very cold. She followed through in a timely matter, and compensated us for the inconvenience.

I did not like waking up 5am due to the construction going on. Over all I loved how clean and polite staff was. Sherry was the First Lady I met checking in. She was very helpful with all information and even just having a small conversation with my son & I about his crystals. Thank you Sherry for being amazing at customer service!

The room is great, good workout room and pool. The water was a bit cold for us but can't always expect a well heated pool. Breakfast has gone downhill. We have stayed there before and have more options and better service. This time they were running out of food and serve ware.
