Friendly welcome with early check in available, this is an older hotel but in great condition, our room was very comfy and quiet on the 1st floor. Vouchers are given if you choose to skip a room servicing which can be redeemed for drinks and snacks. I’d happily stay here again.

No room service. Room only serviced once on a 3 nite stay. Fruit on offer was overripe. Had to get own towels and extra pillows from Level 1 laundry area. Breakfast was basic and hotel was a 3 star at best

Very friendly staff. Buffett breakfast was good except for the fact that us Americans like our regular adult size Colombian Coffee in the morning. The room was small but Inguess that’s European standards. My wife and I were going to be there a week so, some sort of dresser would’ve been nice to store our clothes.

The location of this hotel was fantastic, close to the train station and only a short walk from the main Christmas Markets. The rooms were excellent and the hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was always fresh and there was plenty of choice.
