Everything was great, except the air conditioner kicks on loudy and often which is hard to sleep with. I liked the policy to give vouchers/money back if you didn’t require room service. Staff was nice, place was beautiful and clean. I very much liked this hotel!

Great four day stay in the center of Munich.

Great location. We appreciated the voucher program that allowed you to bypass room servicing for a 10 Euro card to be used for snacks and drinks. Front desk staff was very nice.

Did not like the location when having to pull luggage. Too far and wish I had stayed at the Eden Wolf instead also breakfast was not included and people sat outside downstairs below my room and we’re too noisy.

The property and staff were generally very good. The property was clean tidy, there was complimentary tea, coffe and water in the foyer area. The staff were friendly helpful and polite. They added greatly to the quality of our stay. The breakfasts were outstanding, and there was an area to sut and chill, inside and outside. Overall an excellent stay
