We got the junior suite as that is the only one available for 3+ people and it was amazing, very spacious and luxurious and the staff was all sooooo kind and friendly! Very helpful, me and my family had a very enjoyable stay would definitely stay again if we ever go back to Munich!

The room was pleasant, bed was comfortable. The pictures of the rooftop area was deceiving as it was very crowded and full of smokers in the evening, hardly a relaxing spot for non smokers. Elevators do not go to the floors, but rather a half flight of stairs between the floors. Be prepared to carry suitcases.

My stay at this hotel was perfect! Friendly staff at check-in, comfortable and very clean room for my stay. The bed was cozy and I appreciated the extra amenities like the mini bar and complimentary glass of Prosecco. The hotel is also located in the perfect area for visiting Munich, just a couple of blocks from the Viktualienmarkt and Marienplatz.
