Very friendly and helpful staff. :) It made our visits easier as well as more enjoyable. Our room was very clean and that really was my priority. The atmosphere of hotel was quite cozy as it was on the smaller side, colourful/vintage-y interior and familiar staff members to interact with.

Great place for family

Amazing place. Clean, comfortable, close to Goetheplatz train station. There is no lift/elevator, but it was an easy flight of stairs to carry the luggage up. The owners are on property for a limited time, but they worked with us to complete an online check in and left keys on property to allow a late arrival. They have breakfast on site, but there are many cute cafes around for breakfast as well.

We had a great stay in a very quite neighborhood.. No AC in the room but it was cold when we open the window. A little bit hassle when we have to call by phone the owner for the direction on how to get in the hotel. The room and the beddinhs are clean.

閑静な住宅街の一角にあるホテルです。 私たちはファミリールームに滞在しました。 ホストのお2人はとてもフレンドリーで、2人のおかげでミュンヘンの滞在がとても素敵なものになりました。 お部屋はとても清潔です。 エアコンはありませんでしたが、窓を開けておくと心地いい風が入ってきます。 日本と違って蚊がいないので、開けていても問題なく過ごせます。また静かなエリアなので、夜中に起こされることもなく、朝は小鳥のさえずりで起きることができます。 トラムとバスの乗り場がすぐ近くにあるので、シティへのアクセスもしやすいです。 朝ごはんはフレッシュはパン、野菜、チーズ、ソーセージ、他にも色々。 朝から大満足のボリュームです。 ランドリーサービスを利用しましたが、乾燥までしてくれて、しかも畳んでお部屋に置いておいてくれました。 本当に大満足の滞在で、ミュンヘンにまた来ることがあればまた是非滞在させていただきたいです。

Pesima opcion, un dia antes de mi llegada me enviaron correo electronico cancelandome la reservacion sin justificacion anticipada, yo espero una indepnizacion porque tuve que gastar mas ya que tuve que buscar una opcion de un dia para otro. uno como clinete pierde el dinero sino llega al hotel o tiene un tema personal, ellos deberian indepnizar al cliente cuando el error es del alojamiento.

Wir hatten ein Familienzimmer. Es war praktisch und freundlich eingerichtet. Die Unterkunft liegt direkt bei einer U-Bahn-Station, die direkt ins Zentrum führt und verfügt über eigene Parkplätze. Unbedingt auch das Frühstück dazu buchen. Es lässt keine Wünsche offen und der Service ist sehr freundlich.
