Staff was very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was very good. Hotel has a convenient location to food and shopping but the beds were a little uncomfortable and my wife and I both had a hard time sleeping. Parking was convenient and reasonably priced, if a little cramped.

The hotel is walkable to restaurants, shops, Christmas Markets, the Underground and the train system. The front desk staff were all very helpful with our questions about the different transportation lines. Our room was always too hot for us, even though it was December, but that was due to German energy regulations, not the fault of the hotel. The windows open so we just kept it open. Breakfast was good, but the same each day.

Staff at front desk were excellent. Room was small but well-appointed. But wi-fi was poor. Bed was comfy but pillows were not. Location was great for old town and Christmas markets. Two minutes walk to S-Bahn station and from there 40 minutes ride to the airport.

This hotel is not a 4 star hotel. For the high price that was paid it is very basic. The rooms are dated, not well lit and the shower drainage was slow so it kept backing up so we had to shower with very low water pressure to avoid backup. I will say it is in a convenient and quiet location which is a short walk from main attractions.

First we were greeted by Dominic who was so friendly and helpful. I needed an extra room on arrival and I got the last one. He shared info about the area and gave us good directions. The room was adorable and the beds were amazing. The shower was hot and had great pressure. I would highly recommend this hotel. It was nice to have a parking garage so we didn't have to worry about finding parking.
