I had a very pleasant stay. The staff was friendly, responsive and always willing to help. A special thank you to Joel for his excellent customer service. He went out of his way to make my stay comfortable.
There was some road work happening outside the hotel, but the team handled it well and helped with my luggage all the way to the taxi pickup point. I appreciate the support and would be happy to stay here again.
