Stolen credit card number, stay away!

Warning!!! This place will steal your credit card number. A week after I checked out I noticed had two fraudulent charges on my card of over six hundred dollars for food and drinks at the rooftop bar and restaurant attached to this hotel. Not worth the risk.

Ridiculous view of slums overlooking the pali hill high-rise buildings. Seriously should close this motel. Not fair to an international crowd.

Nice hotel, good value for money!

The hotel was centrally located, represented good value for money; the staff were very attentive and helpful. The accommodation was clean and fairly spacious. All in all a nice experience. There was no WiFi facility however & breakfast was not included. The location though convenient had no surrounding amenity space and the area nearby was congested. However this is a feature of Mumbai in general.

The hotel is well located, close to transportation and to restaurants, cafes, etc. The hotel staff are very cordial and efficient. The free breakfast has variety and is well prepared, and with plenty of fresh food. The wifi doesn't work that well in all corners of the hotel room. So the wifi signal could be improved.

Excellent location!

clean. The hotel is in a great middle location of city to see the sites and at night near many restaurants, cafes and bars. The breakfast was good. However, I had two things I was concerned about during my stay. First, I was unable to connect to Wi-Fi in my room. The Wi-Fi worked in lobby and breakfast floor only. During breakfast a guest accidentally dropped a serving utensil on the floor in front of staff, guest picked utensil from floor and put back on table. Staff did not remove dirty utensil from buffet table. I still would recommend this hotel and would stay again.

Overall, it is a decent hotel but in desperate need of an update. The staff are great; the restaurant is different from the one when I last stayed there. Not bad at all but I preferred the food that was served in the last. The Terra bar that was on the rooftop terrace is no longer open. The bathroom/showers need a complete makeover! Very importantly these days, the internet connection is terrible and, to make matters worse, there are websites that are blocked so you cannot —at all— navigate in them; case in point, my airline’s website! I don’t know who decides which websites to block but they are doing a terrible job as, within reason, the internet should be wide open especially for business travelers.
