This hotel was so awesome. The room was wonderful, spacious & clean. The breakfast was the best we've ever had at a hotel, it was huge and very tasty! We highly recommend.

Not bad

The hotel is large with a lot of rooms. A little difficult to get to because you come into the parking area on the backside. But staff was very friendly. Our room could have been cleaner. Floor and carpet were sticky and dirty. The bathroom was clean except the shower. It needed some deep cleaning and recaulking. Overall our stay was good.

This was one of our best hotel stays. The beds were comfortable, breakfast was great and the staff were wonderful. The staff treated us like family and went above and beyond. Thank you Holiday Inn!

bathrooms didn’t get clean

Hotel Review: ⭐️⭐️ (2 out of 5 stars) When I walked into the room, I was immediately hit with a musty, damp smell — like the air had been sitting stale for days. The AC was on, but honestly, it didn’t seem to be doing much. Then I checked the bathroom… and that’s where it really went downhill. There was visible soap scum on the faucet, the showerhead, and all the bathroom hardware. I ran my hand down the shower wall and came up with a layer of grime. Even worse, there was hair in the shower. Not mine. I went down to the front desk and showed them my video and photos. They were about to just hand me keys to go check out other rooms on my own, but I said nope — you’re coming with me. I made the staff walk with me to inspect each one, and guess what? All three rooms had the same issue: soap scum in the bathrooms. I picked the one with the least amount of buildup and decided to just roll with it. On the bright side, the breakfast was actually great — probably the best part of the stay. The pool was fine, nothing special but clean. Would I stay again? Not unless they do a serious overhaul on housekeeping standards.

My new favorite place in N Platte.

This is my new favorite place to stay in N Platte. We come through often between Lincoln and Denver. Place is new. Beds are super comfy. Breakfast is excellent. Pool is open late and early. We have stayed here twice now and both times were excellent.

Leaking Window!

During a storm our room took on water from a leaking window. It was loud and soaking towels. The air conditioner kept shutting off as well. There were no other rooms for us to move to. We barely slept. The manager said this is a known problem that came after a remodel, yet it has not been fixed. The window had rust stains so it has been a problem for some time already. The manager was kind, and refunded us half of our stay, but this was a terrible sleepless night.

The room and bathroom were really clean. The king suite had plenty of storage and places to set your luggage. Coffee maker & great accessories for shower & sink. Very quiet.
