The hotel is nice, the person who helped us from a computer from the Philippines and I’m glad he speaks Tagalog and he helped us around the hotel and answer our questions.

I have stayed her a few times for work over the years. This past trip solidified the following: 1) Poor repair/cleanliness: the rooms have not been well taken care of. The carpet and bathroom laminate looks very old and dirty. Doors in bathroom look liked they have not been cleaned and lights/surfaces generally felt sticky. One of the rooms I stayed in previously had a huge rip in the carpet. Pillows are uncomfortable. 2) Virtual check-in: Wasn't a big fan. Took longer than would otherwise and did nothing to make me feel more safe. I think I'm done staying here to save a few bucks.
