The staff was courteous. It had a nice breakfast buffet. They claim those are queen beds but they seemed smaller than normal queen size.

Room was spotless and hotel was ideal location to get Light Rail to Levi Stadium. They are in the process of renovating but there is no mess and decorators were very polite and courteous

I recently booked Hampton Inn and Suites this past weekend for a "staycation" with my man. We reserved a king's bedroom which was nice and clean, and exactly advertised in the photographs. As we arrived for check-in the receptionist was kind. She gave me a tooth brush and some tooth paste when I requested it. Our room was very clean. The bed and pillows were fair in comfort but very clean. The bathroom was also clean. Our TV screen had a welcome message with my name on it as I turned it on. It was a nice touch. The TV at times would glitch into black when we were watching a movie which was a bit annoying but not a deal breaker. The next morning we went for breakfast 20 minutes before it ended. It was good but definitely not as bad as other reviews mentioned. We had waffles, omelets, sausage patties, coffee, and oj. There were other carb options too. We like the fact that Castro St. was a short walking distance for dinning. Check-out was seamless. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and we will be back in the near future.
