I booked this hotel because of the 7.4 rating on Expedia and for the indoor pool. Our room felt dirty, was stinky and the deadbolt had loose screws. I felt unsafe staying alone with my 2 children from the moment we checked in until when we left. The pool says it’s heated but was so cold that we couldn’t spend anytime in it. The heated pool was the main reason I booked this hotel. Do yourself a favor and pay a little more to stay somewhere else.

Horrifying. I want to start by noting that the manager was very friendly, and I do know what to expect at a budget hotel. This hotel should not be offered on Hotels.com. We opened the door to our room. Beds were unmade, toilet paper on floor in bathroom + wet towels on floor. Manager moved us to a second room; door opened and we gagged at the overwhelming smell of wet dogs ("pet friendly!" [we don't have pets]). Manager (again, lovely and very friendly) moved us to third room on other side of hotel. This is not her fault. This hotel is not a hotel. 3rd room's exterior electronic lock is smashed (!) but works. Fine, whatever -- it's only one night. Get into room, smells terrible (less terrible than dog room though). Mold on the walls. Shaving debris in sink. TV does not work (I see the problem: there is a rat's nest of wires just hanging out of the wall). WiFi does not work on this side of the hotel. Then I walked out the inspecting the bathroom and stepped on a 2" metal screw that is JUST LAYING in the middle of the filthy carpet. Kids, always wear shoes on the carpet in a hotel. After saying a quick hello to the group of gentlemen vaping weed and drinking cans of beer in the parking lot (they did not share), we slept for a few hours and tried not to touch anything. We were told there was a free breakfast. I cannot imagine what that particular experience would entail; we didn't stay. I recommend staying anywhere else. I can't believe Hotels.com stands behind this.

Ely the staff member on shift when we checked in was phenomenal. He as so kind, very helpful in our needs, and made sure we had a good stay. Give that man a raise, a bonus, or at least a freaking candy bar; he deserves it!!

I was pleasantly surprised by our room. For the price I don’t expect it when I walked in. Our room was very clean with an updated feel to it. The staff is personable and kind. Thank you for making our stay comfortable. We will be staying there again.
