The room was nice and had everything we needed. Water pressure was kind of out of control and I felt like there wasn't enough shower curtain to contain it on both ends, so the floor got kinda wet. But nice and hot and all Dove amenities which was pleasant.
Breakfast was decent, for what that usually is. Good variety. And real oatmeal, if that matters to parents reading this review....
It seemed like nobody attended to the pool area the whole weekend we were there. Someone brought in their dog, I think more than once. The first night we used the pool and hot tub, someone had left a dog biscuit on the bench by the hot tub. The next night, there was also pieces of a stick, blades of grass in another spot, and I swear there was a piece of dog poo on the nonslip mat that was on the floor in the shower area. My son almost stepped in it when we went to rinse off. The hot tub was also kinda cloudy and felt over-chlorinated or too much chemicals.....
All said, it was a decent stay at a reasonable price, but when it's a busy weekend, please check the pool once and a while! Woulda been 5 stars all around without those issues.
