I was double charged, I heard tapping through the wall all night, when we pulled up to the hotel there seemed to be a party in the parking lot, then I paid extra to be told by the house keeping staff that I lie. When I get dressed and go down stairs she blames it on the staff before her for not putting it on the paper. At this point I was awake after being woken up by the tapping noice all night. Oh and no refund. I was just told the manager will look into it. Not sure what that means
