Paula's property is very conveniently located in the Mt. Pleasant / Charleston area. It was beautiful, and the backyard is very spacious! Simply Sunny Fun is close to many amenities. Grocery stores, restaurants, USS Yorktown, Sullivan's Island, Charleston, and it is easy to locate. The house has everything thing you need. It would be nice to have a TV with regular channels and a TV in one of the bedrooms, but that is not a deal breaker. We really enjoyed our stay there and Paula was very helpful and prompt when fixing a problem with one of the TV's. Would definitely recommend staying at her house.

Cozy Christmas Getaway!

Our family traveled to Charleston to spend Christmas with extended family. Our stay here was perfect. We had private space when we needed it but also the flexibility to spend time with lots of family. The fireplace made the space so Christmas-y and the house was so very clean and well kept. Wonderful for two families

The house had a great layout with a big dining room table, lots of seating, and two separate living areas so the kids could be separated if needed. We had plenty of the basics left for us (detergent, toilet paper, shampoo, etc.). The location was peaceful and near everything we could need; it was a quick ride downtown. Paula was incredibly responsive and helpful. Highly recommend!!
