I was a little nervous after reading some of the online reviews. Our experience was great! The front desk workers were very friendly and recommended a great restaurant downtown for us to try. The fitness center was clean as was our room. My only complaint is that the hallways were extremely dirty. Food crumbs, dirt, etc...throughout the hotel hallways. A quick sweep with a vacuum would have remedied this and it would have been a near perfect experience.

Behind the headboard on the floor was covers in shredded toilet paper, the fridge only worked the last day after we had to mess with it. The bed was ROCK SOLID. The staff was friendly tho.

Shampoo and conditioner on pumps in shower- but completely empty. No hand soap either. All 4 hand sanitizer pumps in dining area empty. Snow covered sidewalks not cleared- snow had stopped earlier that morning. Not enough parking, had to park at next door.
