The accommodations were nice. Room was clean and comfortable. My only complaint was that the front desk staff was less than friendly. Not welcoming, barely spoke to me.

There was no one there to greet you for breakfast you were on your own no meat. The area was clean. Coffee was hot as far as the staff goes at the front desk. I checked in at 3 o’clock so that staff was very unfriendly. I waited until they changed shifts to speak with the new girl that took over at three. She was very pleasant more pleasant than the first shift. She was very unresponsive no smiles no greeting no nothing other than that. I recommended because it was clean and right down the street from the soaring ego casino where we were going for a concert

There was no one manning the front desk when I went to check in around 5 pm. There were three other people in front of me waiting, and there was a posted sign that said someone would be back soon. I waited almost 30 minutes to get checked in.
