We are delighted to present this pleasant studio located on the ground floor of the residence (note that you have to climb a half-level with stairs to access the apartment) including a pretty terrace facing west, located in the Chalet du Praz residence, near the Morillon village gondola.

With a surface area of 21.20m², this apartment offers a comfortable space for a pleasant holiday in the mountains.Upon entering, you will find a mountain area, a bathroom equipped with a bathtub, separate toilet, a living area with sofa bed, TV, an equipped kitchen area.

The kitchen is equipped with: 2-burner ceramic hob, a microwave, a refrigerator, an oven, a dishwasher, an electric filter coffee maker, a SENSEO coffee maker, an electric kettle, a toaster, a fondue and raclette machine, as well as crockery and cookware.

Beds: Mountain corner: bunk beds (the high bed is not suitable for children under 6 years old).
Living room: a sofa bed for 2 people
