When using Hotels.com this hotel treats you like an afterthought. I reserved a premium king suite arrived at check in time of 4pm and was checked in upon entering room it was a twin queen room. When I questioned the front desk they said they didn’t have a king and I was up graded? The heating unit woke us every hour when it turned on. I asked for maintenance at 4:15 pm never had anyone look at it. Asked to speak with manager and was denied.

Staff was extremely kind and helpful. They even had valentines treats for my son and his new puppy. My son loved the pool. Room was clean. Public bathrooms in lobby were a bit of a mess but rest of hotel was clean and organized.

The hotel was comfortable, but I was disappointed to learn that breakfast was not included at this location. I’ve stayed at another property from the same hotel brand where breakfast was included, so I assumed it would be the same. Clearer communication about amenities would be appreciated.

I was not able to take a shower because there was no hot water and the water pressure was horrible. I have more pressure out of my garden hose. When I called the front desk, I was told I could switch rooms because there was no one available from maintenance. I asked the person at the desk to check the water in the other room before switching rooms. They called me back and it was the same issue in the other room. I was then told to wait an hour because there were probably too many people taking showers. I waited two hours and got the same result. No hot water and no pressure. I didn’t bother calling the front desk because I wouldn’t have gotten any support. When I checked out the next morning, I informs the new person at the front desk and she did apologize, but offered no monetary compensation or any other form of compensation. There should be someone in staff to correct these issues no matter what time it is. My issue was not late. It was around 5:30pm. I stayed in a suit with a living room area with my kids. The furniture in the living room area (sofa and chair) were hard as a rock! I mean really hard. They were so uncomfortable. Unbelievable.

Room was less then average, the pool was closed for my boys, people were loud in the hallway at 1:00am, and I called and the front lady didn’t believe me.

Several long strands of hair on bathroom floor near tub, bathroom cabinet door was off to the side with pipes exposed. Hot tub was out of order. Bed was worn out and had a big dip in the middle. Bed was hard and like sleeping on coil springs. Room heater is so loud when it kicked on, wakes you right out of a deep sleep. Bar/ restaurant was great.
