Check in staff was very friendly. After hours staff, not so much. Zero parking at this property. Directly accross the street from a sports complex so they take all the parking. Got back to our room at 1:00 am with no parking. And no parking on the street. After hours staff was no help. We had to park illegally and walk to Hotel and hope we didn’t get towed. Room smelled very strong like bleach, but not a “clean” smell.

Fire hazard: multiple permanent power strips tucked into corners. bed pillows were the size of couch pillows. the remote turned the TV on but not off (the remote only worked to turn the TV on, access settings, etc., but changing the channel was not possible. The bed was comfortable, food was good, the deadbolt unlocks with the normal door lock which defeats the purpose of it. Staff could hardly speak English, which isn’t an issue but this proved troublesome when communicating my email and details to her. Only the transparent layer of curtains had the ability to fully close, while the privacy curtains don’t have rails that cover the entire window. I paid extra for this hotel in order to feel safe while sleeping, but ended up feeling unsafe due to the fire hazards in the room. I hope those get fixed before anyone else stays in the room.

Wouldnt go back sorry.

It was ok. Front desk staff was friendly. The room was nice but there were blood looking stains in the bathtub. I didnt go in the pool but i did go into the hot tub and there was a lot of dirt floating around. I didnt enjoy the breakfast it just didnt have much taste(waffles, eggs, sausage). The coffee was not good at all which was really disappointing because I am a big coffee drinker.
