Title: Urgent Warning: Stay Away from Casa San Diego Morelia Hotel – Security Issues Date of Stay: November 21-23, 2023 I am compelled to issue a strong warning against staying at Casa San Diego Morelia Hotel due to a severe security breach during my stay. Security Breach: After checking out, I realized I had left a jewelry bag in my room, containing items of great sentimental value. Despite promptly contacting the hotel, their response was dismissive. The staff, including the manager, claimed nothing was found, which is highly improbable as we had not stopped elsewhere after leaving the hotel. This incident has led me to question the integrity and security practices at this establishment. We have taken the step of filing a police report, and an investigation is ongoing. Conclusion: Given this distressing experience, I cannot recommend Casa San Diego Morelia Hotel. The apparent lack of honesty and security makes it an unsuitable choice for travelers. I strongly advise looking for alternative accommodations to ensure your safety and well-being. Gem of a hotel

This is a beautiful hotel in the heart of Morelia. Although it's location in a very busy street. The rooms are VERY quiet. Our stay included breakfast which offered many delicious options. A+
