Casa Madero Hotel Boutique was an excellent stay. The location is ideal, just a block or two outside the historic center. Close enough to walk there in about fifteen minutes, yet far enough to enjoy peace and quiet. The room was incredible. The showers and bathrooms were modern and spotless, and it truly felt like the hotel had just been remodeled. The common spaces were beautiful and perfect for relaxing with a book. Breakfast was great. You can enjoy the included options or order something extra, and the service was consistently warm and attentive. Right around the hotel there are restaurants, a coffee shop, and some local art, which made the area even more enjoyable. The hotel is very well taken care of and the staff takes pride in the experience. I have nothing but great things to say and would happily stay here again.

This is a fantastic boutique hotel. The upkeep of the building, furnishings and decorations are top notch. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is included and parking for 2 nights cost me 300 pesos. The parking is super convenient. On site at the front door of the property, under watchful eye of the front door staff. Our room was spacious, clean and the bed extremely comfortable. Some have mentioned lack of hot water for the shower, but we never had this issue. It could be because we shower early in the morning before other guests may be doing so, putting pressure on the hot water trying to keep up with increased demand. The area around the hotel is lively at night with many walkable dining options. The cathedral is also walking distance, approximately 10 blocks or so. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and will stay again without hesitation.

My first time in Morelia, Michoacan and I will definitely return. I went to celebrate a relative's birthday. When the bday boy asked me where I was staying and told him that CM was my lodging he replied, "ooooh, I like it there!" And he was serious. I will stay at Casa Madero next time I go. I liked the intimate setting of the place, not huge and got to know all the people that worked there. You can tell and feel the attentiveness by the staff. Our cleaning person was Beatriz and she did an excellent job. Ediberto the bellboy, he plays an important role and thankful to have met him. He was very friendly and amicable and hooked us up with an excellent tour quide to take us to Patzcuaro. He also reserved a taxi for us for the way back to the airport. I didn't get to know the cooks, but the comida was delicious. Chilaquiles were my favorite! Everyone was kind and very nice. Thank you Ediberto, Beatriz and Pablo for all your kindness. Last but not least, THANK YOU for checking us in early - we were exhausted and that was a nice and unexpected treat. You are all appreciated and we came back to USA with a filled heart at your kindness and graciousness will never be forgotten. We will be back!

We chose "Casa" because of the reported quiet surroundings and walkability to the Centro. The staff were all very kind and helpful. Acted happy to have us as guests. We had two junior suites with three children. The beds are very comfortable, and the AC was potent. Breakfast was cooked to order and filling. They provided a coffee to go complementary. I paid more for Casa and didn't mind it as the breakfast made up for the higher price on comparable hotels.

Casa Madero is very well located and the place itself and the decoration are beautiful. My room was confortable. Bed, linens, towels, bath robes even slippers were great. The staff is friendly and helpful, they will tend to your needs with a smile. Minor downside: the water in the shower is warm enough, not as hot as I like it, and the W.C. has a sliding glass door, not my preferred option for privacy, even with my husband of 30 years... but it´s manageable. Great hotel, overall. Would go back.
