Wonderful experience in Paris at this hotel, it ticked all the boxes. All of the staff were very friendly and only too happy to help. The suite we had was lovely, quiet and clean. The hotel is in a great location and is easy to walk to most attractions and shopping areas. Best part was the croissants and chocolate rolls for breakfast, yum!

The property is beautiful. The staff were wonderful and the location is amazing. I was given a room below my expectations compared to what was described and the carpet was very wet. I had to push more than should have been necessary to get moved, but was indeed moved to a much nicer room. No other problems with the stay.
