The facilities were definitely old, the rooms were old enough to give the impression of dirtiness, smelled, bathrooms not comfortable. From the outside the look is nice, but once you are inside you it disappoints, the Wyndham Garden hotels are good but not this one.

It was clearly an older hotel with updated Wyndham signage. There’s a strange scent, chipped paint, and dirty floors although the staff tried very hard to compensate.

The hotel looks in very bad condition and smells like humidity. The transportation from airport to hotel took more than an hour to get picked up and they keept telling me "15 min" while I was with around 15 other people waiting. After, when the driver finally arrived I understood there was a flight that was delayed and they needed to accommodate lots of people from that flight and they only had 1 Van to pick them up, however I am.a high believer that when you inform guests about what's the situation, we will understand and be more patient, but in this case there was no comunication once or ever. When I arrive to the hotel the staff in the reception apologized and was attentive however the experience was not great with anything else for me.
