For two straight nights extremely noisy due to renovations near my room. The big problem was that the noise was at 4 in the morning the first night and after complaining it happened the following night after midnight. That should’ve happened in the first place, drilling holes next to your room is not only stupid but disrespectful, and doing it again is just plain unacceptable. NH Collection is a respectful franchise and to have supervisors like Adrian calling the shots when receiving my complaint is simple lack of empathy for guests traveling for business. I received a letter offering free breakfast as an apology…no thank you.

Excellent Hotel, Team and Location. The third time we stayed and each time is better! It is convenient to the Mall (Connected); Shopping at high end stores and more economic options all within a 5 minmut walk or Less. Restaurants of all types in walking distance as well. Great Staff from the Front Desk team to Guards Samual, Doorman Pablo and the chauffers are all great. This is a GREAT Value!

Everything is great but one thing. Whenever I’m in MTY I try to stay here because it’s in a great location. My only problem is that the water pressure is terrible. The hotel needs to fix this. Maybe add more pumps to help distribute the water with enough pressure, I don’t know. Please fix this. Thank you
