What I did not like was that there’s a fee for the parking lot and it was a Saturday and there was no spaces available due to an event. That is not fare for the guests that are staying there!!! Besides I did not like the parking lot it self it was too crowded and super small. Thank you

The location is good and most of the staff is friendy. However, very disappointed and I do not often give reviews when conditions are not good. The tone was set with 10 minutes of standing at the front desk to check in while the staff did other things, I was the only customer there. The hotel policy is that YOU CANNOT BRING OR CONSUME ANY ALCOHOL BOUGHT FROM OUTSIDE OF THE HOTEL TO YOUR ROOM which I think is ridiculous, not even a bottle of wine. There are no glasses, cups (not even plastic), bottled water, coffee or anything of the sort in the room. I needed 2 pages printed and went to the front desk where again, I waited for 10 minutes while the staff server customers who arrived after me (I can understand this somewhat) and asked for 5 pesos for the copies…. I said to charge it to the room and they asked if I had a voucher and that I would need to add one….I said to go ahead just on principle and they said it was no problem and didn’t charge me. There are plenty of better hotels in the area like the Gamma Monterrey that are much better value for the money and a more pleasant stay.
