Everything was very good, the service, the room was clean, the personnal was great. The only bad thing was the noise, but I understand that it was because of the remodelations, and that it was packed due to too many events.

Staff is friendly. Room was clean but the sink was clogged up. We couldnt use it at all. Disappointing. Breakfas buffet needs more variety and to be replenished more often. Servers never came to our table. We were waiting for coffee for too long. Coffee was so good by the way.

The lobby was under construction so there was constant noise and dust. Check-in was slow. Room key won’t work at first, then with exchange of keys room door still won’t open. After going back and forth between the front desk and room a couple of times, we got put in a different room. The room was clean despite everything was very outdated. The water coming out shower was yellow with dirt. It was disgusting and not safe to shower in. We ended up checking out next morning without shower. The staff was friendly and nice but that was pretty much the only good thing about this facility. It was overall a very unpleasant experience.

La Alberca no estaba funcionando, nadie nos dijo nada al Momento de la reserva, ni del check in Pedí un frigobar, dijeron que lo lllevarian a la habitación, y 5 horas después, (cuando llamé) comentaron que no tenían El hotel está con muchas Reparaciones, además, un tráfico terrible para entrar al eatacionamiento

It is undergoing maintenance, but the service at the restaurant is terrible, the noise is constant, front desk staff is polite but badly trained, the rooms are more like holiday inn express than the regular type, the water pressure is bad, towels are rigid, soap is bad. Yet they manage to do this within an acceptable threshold

Liked almost everything, especially the staff. That is what ultimately makes this property amazing. The staff customer service is exceptional. Two things I didn't like: the local area is unsafe for Americans, and the breakfast buffett is not complimentary.
