Room was ok. Modern good city view. Beds were comfortable and clean. But it was not very clean in the table/desk area. There were still food crumbs on it. Also vanity counter looked dirty and stained. I try to clean myself but stains will not come off. It had old rust and soap scum and water marks. Which is ok. I just think they can do a better job with cleaning and maintenance.
Also, our toilet got clogged up next day of our stay but I did not want to request to unclog it since we were only staying 2 nights.
I liked the location. There were restaurants at walking distance or could also UBER
I MUST SAY THEY NEED TO WORK ON CUSTOMER SERVICE AND PEOPLE'S HOSPITALITY. There was a long wait to check in...and THEY WILL NOT CHECK YOU IN EARLY. We arrived around 12 noon and asked for a room/early check in which I was willing to pay. but apparently they could not do that for us. So we had to wait in the lobby for about 3 hours.
Also we were looking for spoons to eat as we ordered in dinner but restaurant forgot to give my husband spoons. He went to the front desk and asked for spoons and they said they had none. My husband insisted and asked if they had any in the breakfast area until finally the front desk clerk agreed to give him some spoons. Bottomline. They need alot of improvement in their customer service and need to hire more pleasant people and not people who do not want to do their job.
Breafast was really good and good options.
But not sure I will stay there again.
