The problem was at the restaurant. It was a really bad customer service, they were delayed with everything and they ignore me twice when I asked for things… the food was good. The problem is the services. I spoke with the manager, but I did not receive any email or phone call regarding about this. I wanna continue going because I like the room Services and I like the room. Elevators is another problem because they are so slow and sometimes they are working only one or two.
