"On arrival they had no record of our reservation due to a computer problem, no idea if it was the hotel or Hotels.Com problem. Man on reception was extremely helpful and sorted a room but we had to pay again. The room was spacious and clean but someone had used the toilet and it had not been flushed! ..."

"There was black mold on the curtains… temperature was terrible because of the insulation. Sofa bed was uncomfortable. Kitchen cabinets stinked really bad. We had to wash the dishes every time before cooking and eating, because the smell was stuck on them."
