Large spacious villa with pool offering panoramic views over the Estérel

Bella Vista is a charming and well equipped villa of character, boasting great views of the Esterel, set in a quiet residential area just 15 minutes walk from Montauroux village centre. Relax and enjoy the peaceful surroundings while taking in the spectacular panoramic views and lounging by the pool.

The property has been recently renovated and refurbished and has 5 double (or twin) bedrooms, kitchen, dining area, lounge and a TV room. It is equally suitable for single or multiple family groups with a fully equipped kitchen, 3 shower rooms and a lounge opening out onto the first floor balcony. With a large dining table and seating arrangement on the balcony, guests can enjoy the peace and tranquility and beautiful sunsets while enjoying a glass of wine and absorbing the panoramic views on offer.

Outside, the 11m x 5m pool (heated and open from March through to October) with dolphin mosaic has a generous patio surrounding it for sunbathing with sun loungers, parasols and chairs. The pool house can be used to take a break from the sun while still enjoying the surroundings of the pool.

There is a gas barbecue provided on a pergola-covered patio area to the side of the house, which also has a 8-10 seat rattan furniture set for an ideal evening's relaxation.

To the rear of the house is a games area, comprising a 12m x 3m boules court with 2 sets of boules provided for guests' use. There is also an outside table tennis table with bats and balls provided.

A climbing frame and swings are provided for children.

As well as being close to the village centre of Montauroux, the Lac de Saint Cassien is 10 minutes drive away and the beaches of the Cote D'Azur are just 30 minutes drive away. A pleasant walk down to the picturesque Pont de Tuves is just 5 minutes drive away.

Inside, on the ground floor, the entrance hallway leads to 2 bedrooms and 2 shower rooms, a TV/DVD room including an extra additional DVD player, with the spiral staircase up to the first floor.
On the first floor there is the kitchen, lounge, balcony, 2 further bedrooms, a shower room and an additional WC.
The spiral staircase continues up to the second floor where children will be thrilled by the bunk-bed equipped turret room with amazing views to the south and west.
All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning units and mosquito nets for your perfect night's sleep.

Bella Vista is your ideal base for exploring the Cote D'Azur with the beaches of Mandelieu (30 mins drive away), Frejus (40 mins), Theoule-sur-Mer (40 mins) and Cannes (35 mins). For water sports or just relaxing by the lake, there is the Lac de Saint-Cassien just 10 minutes away, offering pedalos, kayaking, and paddle-boarding.

For guests' safety and security, a camera is installed at the property monitoring the front gate.

Bella Vista is not recommended for hen or stag parties please due to its quiet residential setting.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The family of 6 (“children” ages 12-27) had plenty of space - albeit we spend almost all of our time by the pool or on the lovely terraces with stunning views of the Estérel Mountains.House very well equipped with kitchen tuned for creating your own dining.On top of this, the small village of Montauroux is Provence-perfect.Thanks for a great stay. Awesome experience

We had an awesome experience. The house is very spacious, and when we first saw it, we were impressed because it looks even better than in the pictures. We were a family with kids, and this house was perfect for us. The kids had plenty to do around the property. We especially appreciated that the pool could be closed off, which gave us peace of mind because our one-year-old son loves to jump in the water. Caroline and her husband were wonderful hosts—they welcomed us warmly, explained everything, and were very attentive. Thanks for everything!

A Perfect Getaway in a Beautiful Setting

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this holiday home in Montauroux. The property is exceptionally spacious and generously laid out, offering plenty of room for relaxation both indoors and outdoors. The house is very well equipped – from the fully stocked kitchen and barbecue to the cozy fireplace and inviting pool, everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay was right at our fingertips.The home matched the listing perfectly and even exceeded our expectations in some ways. Nestled in a peaceful and idyllic landscape, it provided the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life. The serene surroundings and beautiful views made it easy to unwind and truly enjoy the tranquility of the region.Communication with the house management was smooth – they were friendly, professional, and responded quickly when needed.Their support truly added to the overall positive experience.All in all, this is a fantastic place to stay, and we would not hesitate to recommend it. Das Haus mit Grundstück, Pool etc. War im gesamten sehr großzügig und wir hatten genug Platz. Ansprechpartner vor Ort war immer errichtet. Leider lies die Sauberkeit im Haus und insbesondere in Küche und Bädern zu wünschen übrig. Zudem sind so gut wie alle Matratzen durchgelegen und viele Betten knarzten massiv bei kleinsten Bewegungen. Das Gleiche gilt für Sofa und Stühle im Wohnbereich. Die Türen im Haus schließen auch nicht alle. Zusammengefasst ist das Haus und Pool an sich toll es muss aber unbedingt mal dort ein paar Dinge wie beschrieben erneuert werden.

Sehr schönes Haus mit viel Platz

Wir verbrachten 12 tolle Tage in der Villa. Das Haus ist schon groß und super ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht. Besonders die Küchenausstattung hat uns beeindruckt. Kontakt mit der Hausverwalterin war nett und unkompliziert. Das einzige Manko war, dass das Haus sehr hellhörig ist.

Magnifique villa! La cuisine est moderne et bien équipée ( 1 grande casserole supplémentaire serait un plus), les chambres sont spacieuses et fraîches grâce à l’air conditionné, sdb, living,…tout est parfait. La terrasse est ombragée et offre une très belle vue. La piscine est grande et les meubles de jardin sont disponibles en grand nombre. Nous recommandons sans hésiter cette location.

Notre semaine de vacance à Montauroux du 28.07 au 04.08

En adéquation avec l’annonce. Villa très spacieuse et dans son jus, ce qui la rend encore plus charmante. Une magnifique vue depuis la salle à manger extérieure. Très grande piscine, avec un salon de jardin et un grill. Très bien équipée. Carol et son mari nous ont très bien accueilli à notre arrivée. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter !
