TINA villa adosada con piscina privada

Villa Tina is a terraced house with a private swimming pool. It is located in Pino Alto, 400 metres from Crystal Beach and the seafront promenade. Villa Tina has 4 bedrooms with air conditioning and three full bathrooms. The kitchen is new and independent and fully equipped. From the living-dining room, we access the outdoor area with a spacious barbecue area and access to the private pool.

The location of Villa TINA is unbeatable - it is in Pino Alto, in a high-end family residential area. The supermarket and medical centre are 1000 metres away.



The famous beach - Playa Cristal, is located less than 5 minutes walking. Unlike other beaches on the Costa Dorada, at Playa Cristal you will never experience the feeling that the beach is crowded even in high season. It is a very wide and pleasant beach with all kinds of activities. Here you will find areas for children: small playgrounds. They are very well maintained and there are several different areas for different ages. In addition, Playa Cristal has a beautiful seafront promenade with restaurants and bars and beach bars, all with terraces, where you can have a drink, taste delicious typical Mediterranean cuisine with spectacular views of the Mediterranean. The promenade connects with the beaches and the port of L'Hospitalet del Infant where you can enjoy water and sports activities, visit the market on Sundays, and it is also a place with many excellent restaurants and bars.

Lovely stay!

It was our 2nd time staying here, size of house and location is great. Lots of places to eat and only a 5 minute walk to the beach. The company are very easy to book through and communication was great. Thanks again.

Fab stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Location was great, 20mins from the airport, beach 5min walk. Lots of places to eat and drink. The house was spacious. The pool was amazing, could do with a parasol or something similar to sit under in the shade whilst watching kids in the pool but that was just our preference. Check in and check out was so easy, the lady in the office when we arrived was so nice, we had trouble translating where we wanted our taxi driver to drop us and she was really helpful coming to speak to him to explain. Communication with the office was great, they even managed to arrange for us to check in earlier than normal as our flight was early. The kitchen could do with a couple more items but again that was our preference and I imagine most people eat out when they are staying. We would definitely recommend Villa Tina and go back again. Thank you for a lovely stay.
