I loved it

We intended to spend some time in the south of France with our two children, and it was perfect. The apartment is perfectly organized for four people, and the brand-new kitchen and bathrooms were ideal. We appreciated having a well-equipped kitchen, as well as provided towels and bath essentials. The location at the border of Roquebrune-Cap-Martin and close to the seaside was perfect for the children. The building is quiet and air-conditioned, which was perfect for the season.

ruhige, saubere Wohnung mit schlechten Matratzen und einem kleinen Kühlschrank und ohne Safe.

GUT: Helle, saubere Wohnung. Jedes Zimmer ist klimatisiert. Klimaanlagen stinken nicht. Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Straße. Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet. Fön ist vorhanden. ca. 10 min. zu fuß zum Steinstrand. Um die Ecke sind viele Lokalen auch kleine Supermarket. Es gibt eine Waschmaschine auf Erdgeschoß. Der Wohnungseigentümer reagiert auf Nachrichten und löst Probleme schnell. NICHT GUT; Sofa in Wohnzimmer ohne Lattenrost mit dünnen Kaltschaummatratze. Man kann kaum gut schlafen oder sitzen. In Schlafzimmer die Matratzen sehr hart. Sehr kleiner Kühlschrank für 3 Personen. Es gab nicht genug Platz für Essen, Bier und Wein. Ein Hypermarkt mit angemessenen Preisen ist 3 km entfernt. Der Supermarkt in der Nähe ist sehr teuer. Fazit: Im Urlaub möchte man doch ausreichend schlafen, nicht jeden Tag in den Supermarkt fahren und keine kostbare Zeit im Urlaub verschwenden. Platz für einen großen Kühlschrank ist vorhanden. Keine Mikrowelle. Kein Safe. Man hört Nachbarn auf der Etage und von oben. Schlechte Schalldämmung.

Super!!!

Nous avons passé un agréable moment dans un appartement avec terrasse fort bien conçu et agréable à vivre. Beaucoup de quiétude en raison de la situation. Tout est à proximité, notamment la mer. Tout est fourni (draps, serviettes, etc..). De plus la cuisine est aux standards les plus modernes ( machine a laver la vaisselle,...), le tout dans un immeuble traditionnel du sud rénové ce qui donne un charme fou

Pleasant stay, close to the sea

The location is ideal in a private street just a few steps from the sea. The apartment is spacious and contains all the necessary elements for an ideal stay. We appreciated the equipped kitchen and a brand new apartment. The rooms are air-conditioned, and we will return there more than once.

A perfect place close to the beach for casual living

I recommend this apartment located on a private road, close to the sea. There is peace and quiet at all times. The apartment has been completely renovated and is suitable for 4 people, including a completely new equipped kitchen (microwave, dishwasher, ...). The apartment has a washing machine and a clothes dryer. A great additional advantage is the terrace and the fact that you can feel like in your real home there.
