Our second stay at Villa Genesis was just as wonderful as the first, and we honestly can’t recommend it highly enough. The hotel is beautiful, spotlessly clean, peaceful, and incredibly welcoming. From the moment you arrive, you feel genuinely cared for. Every member of the team goes above and beyond to make your stay special. A very special thank you to Daniel, who looked after us so wonderfully this year and last year. His kindness, professionalism, and genuine warmth are a big reason why we love coming back. We also had the pleasure of dining at the new restaurant opposite, Regina, and it was absolutely outstanding. The food was exceptional, the atmosphere was elegant yet relaxed, and our host Marco made the evening unforgettable. He was funny, friendly, attentive, and so easy to chat with—it felt like dining with an old friend while receiving first-class service. Villa Genesis is one of those rare places that combines beautiful accommodation with truly exceptional hospitality. We are already looking forward to returning again. Thank you to everyone for another unforgettable stay!

We stayed at Hotel Genesis in Menton expecting the level of comfort that comes with a five-star hotel. Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing because the air conditioning did not work on a very hot summer night in July. Sleeping in the room was extremely uncomfortable, and this is simply not acceptable for a hotel in this category. On the positive side, the staff were genuinely kind, friendly, and did their best to help. The hotel was fully booked and they had no opportunity to offer another room. The staff would not offer a discount on the room. A well working air conditioning system is a basic expectation—especially during the summer and particularly at a five-star property. Until this issue is reliably resolved, it is difficult to recommend the hotel despite the excellent service from the staff.
