This tastefully furnished, bright and airy apartment enjoys a sunny terrace with incredible views of the sea and benefits from a spacious dual-aspect living space complete with air conditioning. With floor-to-ceiling glass doors that open onto the terrace, this area also incorporates the kitchen and is furnished with a flat-screen smart TV, a comfortable sofa, an armchair and a dining table. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, including an induction hob, an oven and a dishwasher.

Bedroom 1: The first bedroom is furnished with a double bed and a wardrobe. This room also enjoys air conditioning and a private balcony.

Location:

Rives d\'Azur Apt is located on the Côte d\'Azur in the charming coastal town of Menton, close to the Plage du Casino beach (a 5-minute walk) and the beautiful Jardins Biovès (less than a 10-minute walk). Guests will also find another 5 beaches and 4 gardens all less than a 10-minute drive away.

The property is situated to the west of the resort\'s medieval Old Town. For the finest regional food, including cheese, fish and charcuteries, guests should head to the covered market, Le Marché des Halles, on Quai de Monleon (a 15-minute walk along the seafront). The market is open every day except Sunday.

Within the narrow, cobbled streets of The Old Town (a 6-minute drive / 22-minute walk), visitors will find the Baroque Basilica of St Michel, the Jean Cocteau Museum and as you reach the seafront the Old Port. In February the unique Fête du Citron celebrates Menton’s renowned citrus fruits.

Guests will also find a supermarket a 3-minute walk away together with several restaurants and eateries.

The closest international airport is Nice Airport (NCE), a 40-minute drive from the accommodation. Alternatively, Menton railway station is a 3-minute drive / 10-minute walk.
