Lovely, well equipped house in a great location.

Lovely, well equipped house in a great location. Nice and clean with good furniture, plenty of utensils, good beds and good showers. 2 minute walk to nearest square for restaurants / bars and 5 mins to the main town and beach. Quiet residential area. Benoit and his family were all very welcoming.

Maison supÚre agréable avec tous les équipements voulus

Nous avons passé un séjour vraiment agréable et confortable. Tout est prévu pour y vivre en famille de maniÚre adéquate : mobilier, meubles de jardin, équipements de la cuisine, plancha extérieure, douche extérieure de retour du surf. On y a vécu en famille en déjeunant à l'extérieur tous les jours dans un cadre reposant. Tout est en trÚs bon état, et les lits doubles sont hyper confortables. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir!

Das Haus ist ganz schön aber es riecht furchtbar im ganzen Haus.

Die Vermieter waren erreichbar aber die englische Kommunikation war sehr schwer. Das Haus war schwer auffindbar, da keine Hausnummer zu finden war und das Haus mitlerweile in einer anderen Farbe gestrichen ist. Der in der Beschreibung angegebene Pinienwald wurde abgeholzt, stattdessen war eine ziemlich laute Baustelle direkt angenzend zum Garten. Das ganze Haus hatte einen sehr ĂŒbel riechenden Geruch, den auch auch durch stĂ€ndiges LĂŒften nicht loswurde. Sauber war das Haus leider auch nicht. Die KĂŒchenoberflĂ€chen haben geklebt und der Boden war sandig und nicht sauber. Die Vermieter waren nur am Tag der An- und Abreise erreichbar. Auf die Frage, ob es Wlan gibt, haben wir gar keine Antwort erhalten. FĂŒr die Nutzung der HandtĂŒcher und BettwĂ€sche will der Vermieter ebenfalls noch eine GebĂŒhr. So etwas habe ich bisher noch nie gehört in einer Ferienwohung, vor allem nicht zu dem Preis und mit so einer Leistung. Ich bin enttĂ€uscht! Die Lage ist jedenfalls sehr schön, fußlĂ€ufig zu Strand und Promenade. Allerdings nichts fĂŒr GĂ€ste, die ihre Ruhe möchten, da unmittelbar viele Bars und Tanzbars in der NĂ€he sind und in den anliegenden Ferienwohnungen viele Jugendliche Urlaub machen.

Une maison idéalement située (tout peut se faire à pied), dans un lotissement au calme. La terrasse extérieure est trÚs agréable et la maison est trÚs bien équipée. La literie est trÚs bonne. Nous reviendrons volontiers.
