This is my go-to stop in Barstow, CA whenever I’m driving back and forth from the southwest to Northern CA. The rooms are clean and secure. The parking lot is single entrance and secure from the main road. I was able to safely leave stuff in my car overnight when moving cross country. Most importantly, Nikki (staff) is wonderful and so welcoming. She even placed me in an upstairs room without asking when I traveled through as a solo female. Highly recommend this place.

Rooms were very clean, quiet, and comfortable. The owner was very friendly and cooked eggs fresh, as well as the waffles, for each guest. The parking lot was well lit, and had security cameras.I would definitely stay here again, if I stayed in Barstow.

The area is living off its fame of Route 66 but has an unpleasant smell and is run down. The accommodation is clean but tired. AC is very very noisy and therefore couldn't get a good nights sleep. Breakfast area rather small.
