Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
They have refused very rudely to serve the breakfast to us because we were 5 min late for breakfast. They said a private party is booked and already started.... We had given room on 3rd floor and lift not working. We had paid for the breakfast, how can they say no. There were no communication with us about the breakfast timings or party. If they have booking for a party. They should have provided breakfast in our room but no body were ready to listen and very rude.
