I checked in to Holiday Inn Zirakpur yesterday and had a wonderful check-in experience. Savie from the front desk was extremely helpful, cooperative, and made the process smooth and welcoming. Truly appreciate her support!

Great hotel - horrible valet service

Hotel had lovely buffet and excellent in-hotel service. However, the parking was absolutely terrible and they would not let me park my car myself. Then the valet broke off a side mirror and refused to acknowledge the damage. I had to escalate to management before I received any acknowledgment of the damage and I am still fighting with hotel manage to reimburse the damage. Very unfortunate as the hotel was otherwise very clean, very nice, with good service.
