I had a really lovely stay at this hotel. Everything was clean, cute, and thoughtfully designed, and I especially loved the artwork displayed throughout the property, it gave the whole place a unique and creative vibe. The architecture is beautiful, and the overall atmosphere felt cozy yet modern. The location is excellent, super convenient with plenty of dining options just blocks away, plus an on-site happy hour that was surprisingly good. The room itself looked great and had plenty of space to spread out and relax. It felt comfortable and welcoming from the moment I walked in. The staff were wonderful as well, friendly, helpful, and genuinely warm, which made the stay even better. The hotel’s breakfast café was another highlight; the coffee was fantastic and a perfect way to start each morning. If I had one small suggestion, it would be to consider upgrading the TVs. The one in my room was a bit on the smaller side. That said, the channel selection was excellent, so it didn’t take away from my overall experience. Overall, this hotel is a charming, well-located spot with great design, great amenities, and even better staff. I would absolutely stay here again.

The location was perfect. The facility itself was a whole vibe. BUT the staff was amazing - to include the valet team. Can’t wait for my next visit.

Place looked the part, but everything else was a missing puzzle! No free parking anywhere, website said valet and height resticted parking, not that part was a charge. The pet friendly site, did not give but a water bowl and dog walking area 2 blks away. The website said The Living Room served dinner and kitchen closed at lunch. All staff was new, no one knew where to walk the dogs or where the ice machines even were and i generally dont pay attention to thus detail, but it was clearly pegged to be extremely upscale hi-end, and the gentlemen had a nose ring. There was no parking to ck in or other. I went to the living room just to get a diet coke to make a cocktail in my room....i was never addressed once by the bartender bc she had a dinner party going up to a small banquet room. I had to go to another area and address the issue just to get a diet coke. We had been on the road traveling 11 hours with pets, it was a very long day.

The bathroom was busted all the time that I was there. I couldn't take a shower because the sewer drain line was clogged. I called them many times to their front desk and nobody really replied. When I left in disgust The sewer line was still clogged. They really need better maintenance and they shouldn’t rent these rooms to guests
