Renovated in 2016, this is the 2nd floor of a 2 unit house w/a separate entrance. 11 ft ceilings, restored red pine floors, new kitchen w/suite of stainless Samsung appliances. Bedrooms have comfortable full size beds. Claw foot tub in renovated bath. A washer and dryer, as well as an iron and board, are located off the bath in a utility room.

Tandem parking, or use a space in the parking lot across from the house. Near the heart of downtown - drive or walk. A block away from Mardi Gras routes.
