Nice and spacious with high ceilings for 4 adults. (Could have 3 more in a 3rd room). Good water pressure, that heats fast—Watch the little ones if you’re traveling with children! We appreciated the extras-coffee, goodie bags for soaps, lotions. We enjoyed the patio & were able to make quick meals on the grill. The TV didn’t have high def, but was very large. The cleanliness rating of 4 was simply due to some dirty cookware, likely the people prior to us. A condition of 4 was given for the principles towel rack barely attached. We washed the pans & reported the towel rack. 11miles to Arches, on the south end of Moab—beautiful mountain views. Nice thick towels.

Family Fun

The property was clean and spacious for our group of 7. The kids enjoyed the air hockey machine and Papa enjoyed the recliner after his hike to the Delicate Arches. Everything we needed was provided and the pool was a refreshing break for everyone. We would definitely come back.

Perfect place in Moab

Séjour de 3 nuits. Tout le confort nécessaire dans cette grande villa. On s'y sent comme à la maison. La résidence était calme et peu habitée. Cuisine très bien équipée pour cuisiner et barbecue extérieur. Piscine et terrain de tennis à 50 m de la maison. Un très bon point de chute pour qui veut se poser à Moab.
